All sale products are non-refundable. Unfortunately, since they are final sales, we cannot return them.
Our hope is that you are pleased and 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly offer a refund on full price items within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Returns are accepted for unused products only within 14 days of the original purchase date, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
If an item is damaged during shipping or the incorrect item is received, please include a photo of the item received with your return submission. Once we process your return request, we will email you a return shipping label to ship the product back to us. As soon as we receive confirmation the return shipment has been processed, we will immediately ship your replacement.

When shipping your return back to us, product(s) should include the original packing slip and be shipped in the original packaging, via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx) or with delivery confirmation through USPS.
We will issue a refund in the original form of payment or issue a replacement once we receive the item.
